April 21 - 27 is National Volunteer Week!
National Volunteer Week is the perfect time to celebrate the important work volunteers do in our communities. Across our state, over 4,000 NC State Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers provide more than 200,000 service hours each year through their local N.C. Cooperative Extension Center. Their work supports Extension education and outreach programs that teach North Carolinians to cultivate healthy plants, landscapes, ecosystems, and communities.
